Our 
Story

Founded from a lifelong love of celebrations, design, and thoughtful details, Jaelyn Florence Design Co was created with the belief that stationery should feel just as meaningful as the moments it represents.
 

Inspired by fashion, film, art, and the beauty found in everyday life, each design is approached with a refined and intentional eye. What began with creating personal invitations and stationery for family celebrations has naturally evolved into designing bespoke pieces for weddings, bridal showers, birthdays, and events of all kinds.
 

With formal qualifications in Business and Event Management, experience in event styling, and more than 12 years in customer service, Riane combines creativity with a highly personalised experience. Every detail is carefully considered to ensure each design feels cohesive, elevated, and uniquely reflective of every client’s story and celebration.
 

Whether drawing inspiration from a carefully curated vision board or creating something entirely bespoke, the goal remains the same — to craft timeless stationery and signage that leave a lasting impression.

The Process

1. BOOK
Submit your enquiry with a bunch of details about your event. I will get back to you with a quote and any additional options you might like to consider. From here we can arrange a design consultation and get the invoice sent through to you. To lock in a spot on our schedule there will be a minimum 50% deposit.

2. DESIGN
Once your required deposit is paid, we will get to the fun part - DESIGNING! Depending on what you've booked we may incorporate a mood board (e.g. booked reception package) to your design draft or sometime a couple options for font / colour choices.

3. PROOFING
Your design draft/s will be sent through to you for proofing. Here is important to make any tweaks you wish and ensure all the details you sent about your event are correct.

4. PRODUCTION
Once you're happy with the design drafts and they have been approved, we will organise any final payments remaining and send your stationery to production and assembly - where it all comes together. 

5. DELIVERY
Delivery of your stationery will either be organised by post (additional to all prices on our website) or you can arrange pick up from our Ormeau based studio. If you have ordered invitation suites, these will need to be sealed, stamped and posted; ribbon place cards will need to be fitted on the day to your liking (e.g. tied to wine glasses etc.).
